The InRoads Change Management Assessment service provides a snapshot as to the current state of Change Management within a client’s organization from three different viewpoints:
- ITIL / ITSM
- IT Business Issues
- IT Compliance and Governance
The data provided from this assessment (across any or all of the applicable "views") can be used to:
- Enable an organization to obtain a clear understanding as to exactly what is (and what is not) in place related to Change Management.
- Provide a baseline and framework for further analysis and prioritization of future Change Management activities.
- Assist InRoads to define the appropriate next steps and road map for the organization.
